Y:When did you start Kundalini Yoga ? Is there any special connection or reasons?
T:I started practising Kundalini Yoga 2 and a half years ago. I heard about it from a friend of mine and was very curious to try it myself.

Y: what make you bring Kundalini Yoga to China?
T:Technically I am not "bringing" Kundalini Yoga to China. I was in China when
i discovered Kundalini Yoga and realized that it's a powerful tool for my
personal growth. So now I am just happy to share it with everyone who is
interested.

Y:People in China are still at a primary stage of knowing what Yoga really is. Some of them even get hurt because of practicing in a wrong way. What is your suggestion to this situation?
T:From the very first time i tried Kundalini Yoga i heard from the teacher: " Do as much as you can. Lisen to your body. Any time you feel uncomfortable, stop and do long, deep breathing." Following these simple guidelines, being sensitive to your body you can feel safe doing yoga.

Y:Kundalini Yoga is one of the Yoga types. What so special about Kundalini Yoga when compared with other Yoga types?
T:Practically every lesson of Kundalii Yoga includes a breathing technique (pranayam), a set of exercises (kriya), relaxation and meditation. So it is a complete "work-out" for your body, mind and soul, and the effect can be felt almost immediately.

Y: What benefits both physicaly and spiritualy can be brought by Kundalini Yoga ?
T:There are thousands of kriyas and meditations in Kundalini Yoga. Some of them work on your physical body, strengthening your immune system or purifying the blood, some work on your energy, balancing chakras or strengthening your aura. Various meditations help you clear your mind and
feel your hear. But ultimately doing Kundaliny Yoga you feel grounded, centered, happy and full of energy.

Y: Our readers are very young. Is it suitable for them to practice Kundalini Yoga ?
T: The great thing about Kundalini Yoga is that it's suitable for anyone.
All you need to do to realize it is experience it.
