The weekend yoga retreat at JiaDing was an absolutely wonderful experience. Listening to Sunder speak and lead us through Kundalini yoga practices was eye-opening.
I returned from the retreat with a new?sense of inner peace. I truly felt connected to everything and...

The Retreat brought us together from different walks of life... Shanghai, Shan Dong,Guang Zhou,Hu Nan,Yong Kang,Japan, Taiwan, Germany, Ukraine and Hong Kong.

Taught by his presence ,through the gentle , deep , powerful Kriyas and Meditations ,Sunder took us into the transformation journey of recognizing Who We Are.....I AM is that I AM....
