A lot of people enrolled in our first day workshop,the number of participants is over our proleptic thought.
There is an limited space for all of us,some people could locate at the aisle only.i was really appreciatedthe that all the participants stay courtliness and tried their best to spare more space for the others.

During sharing Kundalini, i found that the participants were coming from different religion and different territories. Some of them are Buddhists,some are Yoga teacheres.

A strong message to me from frist day workshop is " yoga is union". We connect with each other by Kundalini,actually we born with connected,however we did not aware it or forget it,so we disconnect with ourselves and our surrouding.Maybe we become tired and numb during the hard training of life? Maybe we are over persist in some thing?

We may achive one goal no matter which religion you are,no matter which yoga technique you are using.
Althrough we may not be able to change the circumstance happening around us,we can learn to control the way we respond.Developing our strong meditative mind through Kundalini Yoga, let our body,mind, spirit union.May you beautiful,bountifu and blissful.

During the meditation, a golden line like a bright and beatiful sunshine go inside my mind.let me become light and transparent, feeling that i am a moleculea of Unversical，i have been at home with love of Guru.
